Sara-
Thanks for this info.
Here in Nashville I think Zillow is growing?
Hey Jim - Check out my post just before this one, I posted all the local traffic numbers (the answer is yes!). Have a good one!
Thank You Sara for all of the great information that you send out, you're awesome. I received your post this morning on Twitter and I posted one of your videos and the new video site link to my blog and sent it out to all of the agents in our company. http://scottgaffan.wordpress.com

Sara, you're so sweet. Thanks for sharing the goods with us.
All very interesting - but I've tried to post information on my area on Zillow and they delete it. It is very controlled. If you have no discussions or advice posted for your area then it's a big waste as Zillow will not allow agents to intiate blog type discussions. It feels to me like a big control freak. And they don't answer your emails.
Hey Kathryn- Zillow doesn't have a blogging platform, only a forum where people can ask questions and post answers. So when agents do use the forum to more 'blog-like' posting, it can come across as spammy, which I assume is why your content got deleted? If there aren't questions in your specific area, I'd recommend looking for particular subjects you can chime in on. Doing this will still give you that opportunity to build an online reputation as being helpful, when people come across your profile in other ways like in the Directory or on your listings.
Not sure who you were emailing? I personally answer every email I get, so please feel free to contact me at any time.
Congratulations on the launch, Sara!
