For all you who want to know more about Zillow but don't want to pour throw a bunch of posts to get all the information, I recently did an interview with Joe Zekas of YoChicago.com. Joe broke the interview into a series of four short videos, so you can read the part that most interests you.

Specific functionality on the site that we cover are: the launch of Zestimates, For Sale for free, Broker Listing Feeds, and the Make Me Move. I said that 830,000 people had "claimed their home" on Zillow, this number has since increased to over 950,000 claimed homes. Joe also asked me what percent of our audience is actually in the market to buy or sell. I said 53% and we have since gotten updated data that says 66% of our audience is actively in the market.
