Humor - How To Be Alluring Online

Good news, we made it to Friday!  So I thought I'd end the week on a lighter note by posting this funny cartoon I saw in Glamour Magazine.

Have a great weekend!

[EDITTED BASED ON THE COMMENTS - So I posted a little cartoon I found in Glamour, and in the comments someone asked if that was copyright infringement.  The answer, I am not really sure.  I was thinking if I sourced and linked the copy it would be okay.  But in retro spec, if it is questionable, best to err on the side of not posting it.]

SO, I'll just describe it, because I still think it is funny.

Picture it, two women sitting at a bar.

The woman is talking about a man she met the night before.

And she says to her girlfriend (I rewrote, as to not copy the Glamour text) - "I can't find him on Facebook, nothing comes up when I Google his name and he doesn't have a Twitter account.  I am definitely intrigued..."

Ok, probably funnier to see the actual cartoon.  But at least I don't have to worry about facing hard jail time for posting it!

:)

That's funny, and at least she is doing some research to find out who he is.

Ain't that the truth, our lives these days are so full of technology and we don't even realize it....

Sara - Isn't it copyright infringement to reproduce a cartoon out of a magazine?

Richard, lets hope Sara tells the magazine that it is always better to ask for forgiveness than permission.  Definitely humorous, and thanks for sharing though.

Sara, There is something alluring about a mystery person these days...have they been living in a bomb shelter for the past 40 years?

Sara,

Yes, I like it, too. Don't worry about any jail time - in case that were to happen, I'm sure would all alternate visiting you with a sandwich and good conversation.  lol
