The Drinks Will Be Flowing At This Year's Inman Bloggers Connect!

If only I was as creative as Bob Stewart to come up with  10 reasons why you should attend their Active Rain gathering on January 9th in New York....

But it's Friday, I just had a painful root canal and have absolutely no creative writing skills at this point, so I'll just try to lure you to attend the Beer For Bloggers event sponsored by Zillow.com on January 8th, with free beer, free goodies and good company.  Hopefully one of those three things will appeal to you.

When- January 8th from 6:00pm -8:00pm

Where - Heartland Brewery (also know as the Chophouse) located at 127 West 43rd Street (between 6th and Broadway) near Times Square.

How To Get There: Go south on 7th Ave for approx .12 miles.  Turn left on 43rd Street for about .10 miles.  If you hit 6th Street you have gone too far.

Look forward to seeing everyone there and kicking off Bloggers Connect and the new year!

Just so everyone is aware:

If your post has "free beer" in the title or the body, there is a pretty good chance that it will get featured.

This was a blast in San Fran in July and will surely be the same. What a great way to kick off the Connect conference!! (and don't feel bad.......it took our whole brain trust the better part of the day to come up with that list ;) )

Sara, thank goodness it's only 0.22 miles back to the Marriott -- I'll should be able to stumble back to the hotel without too many problems.

Hi Sara:  Besides Beer for Bloggers you should have Wine for Winners.  Make sure you have designated drivers, though.  Both winning and blogging can make a girl pretty thirsty !

If you are sending Jeff a limo, I need to catch a ride with Rob Robinson to Belongers:-)  Free Beer sounds quite inviting.

Free beer, free goodies and good company all appeal to me, but unfortunately I'll be home in Las Vegas. I'm sure it will be a great time in NY, and any time a Rainer finds their travels bringing them to the desert, give me a call!

I have visitors coming from NY and my family is going the week after...I can't get away but it would have been a good excuse to go there for a few days...sorry but I will not be able to make it. I'm from there so it will be sorely missed.

Beer for Bloggers . . . sounds like a great time!  How else would you get Brian Brady to come to NYC from the left coast?  :-)

By all means please do not miss the AR gathering.  What a blast we all had in Lost Wages!  The AR crew knows how to throw a shindig.
