Sarah, that is a great Pdf file, I downloaded it and sent to my team since most do very little social media. I am especially interested in Box for the Mac. I do believe Cloud Computing is our future, already using some of the documents on line.

Sara, these are great tips.  I'd like to add another that goes hand in hand with the lost art of personal written communication.  About a year ago, I was introduced to a system that helps do precisely that.  It is called Send Out Cards.  If you have not yet experienced it, please try the following link and test it for yourself: http://www.sendoutcards.com/32159  You'll see how easy it is to stay in touch simply by sending a heartfelt card to clients, family and friends in your handwriting with your personal signature with a just few clicks of the mouse.  I don't want this to sound like an advertisement, but using this system helped me generate over $48,000 in gross commissions last year.  It's easy, personal, inexpensive, and can generate an additional stream of revenue depending on how you choose to join.  Give it a try.

Excellent information!  I have used a few of the websites listed. The Google docs are a wonderful tool.  I have used those for online collaboration of seminars, meetings, sign ups for events, ect. Because each person using the system has to be invited, it is private and secure!

Sara ... a question is how to use the Awesome Highlighter software. Instructions at that site don't work for us.  Harrison

It is a great feeling to find  free online websites that help customers to find us online.  Personally it is a challenge to find new sites and your post is very informative!

A website that I discovered is ideal, it provides a free website, free virtual house tours, free homebuyer & seller reports,etc.  Visit www.Point2HomesAgentDirectorybio.com to signup.  In the comments note that Susan Hale, ReMax Realty of Defiance recommended you. 
I have several website but the free one with point2homes is  www.defianceohiohomes.com  so you can see what it is like. You can pick different templates, pictures,etc.  I buy my domain names thru www.godaddy.com  for less than $10 yr.  Every so often they run specials as low as $6.99 per year per domain name.  I own 13 different domain names and point them to my websites. You never know what search names or ideas customers will search by.
To remember what all websites you may have posted info to and forgot - Google or Yahoo search your name.
All the sites you are on should show up as cached. From there you can revisit and do your updates.

Great list, Sara.  For the past couple of years I have made use of many of the web solutions provided by www.37signals.com.  I use Basecamp for transaction management, Highrise for leads management, and Backpack for everything that falls between the cracks.
