Fun Quiz To Learn What Buyers And Sellers Want

Each year NAR puts out a report profiles the home buyers and sellers, comprised of responses from more than 10,000 consumers who recently purchased a home. The report is packed full of interesting information and worth reading, but it is long- want some cliff notes?

Realtor magazine put together this 10 question quiz:

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW BUYERS AND SELLERS?

I am a sucker for quizes, but I thought this one was pretty good.

Upon submitting your answers, the back up data they provide for each question is really good information pulled from this report.

Good luck!

Sara, thanks for the fun. And I though I knew the buyers after all! The biggest surprise was the age of home buyers. They are young!!!

I didn't read the NAR report, but I specialize in working with buyers and got 9 out of 10!  Not bad!

This was a fun quiz Sara thank you! I myself missed 4, I answered the questions from a second home point of view as I am located on the largest Lake in NH. I primarily work with vacation homes buyers more so than primary, as this quiz was geared towards. It was informative! Thank you!
